UX Research to guide strategic decisions
Fristad Konsult was entering the next phase of its transformation and identified a need for objective, user-driven insights to support future decisions. To move forward with confidence, the organization required an independent UX research effort to better understand users, workflows, and needs, and to establish a shared, fact-based foundation for decision.
The goal was to deliver objective user insights that guide strategic decision-making and help the company continue its transition to a more user-centered “KomMa” system.

Solution & Outcome
A comprehensive report with actionable recommendations to guide future system improvements. The research gave Fristad Konsult AB clear insights into user needs and workflows, providing a fact-based foundation for strategic decisions.
The process
End-to-end UX research combined interviews, surveys, and user testing to uncover workflows, needs, and challenges. Insights were synthesized iteratively with stakeholders, forming a foundation for strategic decisions and guiding the company toward a more user-centered system.
